About

Kamal Krishna Rajbongshi was born in Guwahati, Assam, India in 1982. He obtained his M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) degree in 2006 from Gauhati University, Assam. He achieved his Ph.D. degree (under the supervision of Prof Prodeep Phukan) in 2016 from Gauhati University, Assam, India. He carried out his postdoctoral studies at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa with Prof. Tricia Naicker from March 2018 to March 2020. He was in the Department of Chemistry, Handique Girls’ College, Guwahati, Assam, as an Assistant Professor from the year 2009-2023. His current research interest includes organic synthesis, radical chemistry, and electrochemical synthesis.
